Honestly, I would myself say that I had probably recognized experiencing ableism before misogyny. This isn't because I hadn't experienced misogyny, but because I didn't recognize it as such at the time. Misogyny can be very subtle (and so can other forms of *isms). It wasn't until I was probably my mid-20s that I looked back at some of the stuff from my childhood and realized that, no, actually, that was misogyny. The ableism I ran into was much more in-your-face.
