That sucks, dude.

It could be worse. My dad once didn't pay registration for more than six months past their expiry. At that point, they can tow your car out of your driveway. I found out when I got pulled over on my way to pick up my dad. I think the only reason the cop let me go was because the kid I was babysitting was in the back seat.

They do tend to hang out around DMVs, don't they? Public transit? Cab? You'll get it fixed.

Oh wow. I didn't know they could do that!

My dad has agreed to give me a ride. I feel bad for inconveniencing him (though he says he doesn't mind) but I guess it's not that big a deal.

Thank you...it was actually the best experience I've ever had at the DMV. I walked in and took a number and as I sat down they called the number right before mine, so I only ended up having to wait like 2 minutes, and was out of there in 5. Plus the lady was super nice. :D
