I pronounce is Dehstiel. But I think it is whatever you want.

I pronounce it Deh-stiel, but it doesn't really matter that much to me because I only ever say it aloud to my partner, who knows what I'm talking about >_>

I would think Dee-stiel? Being that it's the mashup of "Dean" and "Castiel". His name isn't pronounced "Dehn".

It probably should technically be "dee-stiel" but that sounds weird to me so I always say "deh-stiel" (in my head anyway, I've never said it out loud).

I pronounce it Deh-stiel. I heard someone pronounce it Des-tiel like in destiny on a podcast.

Nerdist had Mischa Collins on not long ago and they asked him about it. IIRC they all pronounced it "Deh-stiel" (which I always hear as "Des-teal").

PLEASE. It seems like a lot of the level headed shippers have shifted to using deancas anyway.

Urgh, I agree with you. It doesn't matter what the fandom is, namesmushing any ship makes you sound like an idiot.

Also: whenever I see the word "Destiel", I think of this fic (http://libraryofsol.livejournal.com/174563.html).
