Honestly? If you're just shouting at your computer, no harm, no foul. It's not like they're going to hear you.

Resenting bad fic on Ao3 does seem a bit silly, if only that it stands to reason that any platform that grew so big would have a huge glut of bad stuff - probably most of it. It was inevitable with or without Tumblr's influence.
