[Picture is the logotype of the manga/anime "Death Note". It features a gloomy font, with the letter "T" as a cross, and above it and in the middle of the picture, there is a skull surrounded by a sort of halo (or a glowing donut). It has elegant corners.]

When this first came out, this was one of my favorite things ever. I wasn't super-fannish about it, I just enjoyed it a lot. But now I can barely re-read it, and I don't understand why, it's about the only thing I lost interest in this quick.
