It's less the actor for me, and more the voice itself. For example, in the English dub of Spirited Away, I damn near have to lower the volume every time Chihiro talks, but I absolutely love that actress' work as Lilo in Lilo & Stitch.

I love Jason Marsden's VA, but I didn't like him as Haku :X
