Oops, I misread the question - well, I've calculated the most.

For least, we need to count from today, and assume an older Janeway, so, that brings us down to 210 years. So, 7 generations, making Bruce her Great-Great-Great-Great Grandfather. (Or assuming Damien and rounding down, only 3 Greats.)
