Okay, this is second hand, I did a little asking around but the consensus (and if someone else has an answer, please lend a hand) is to start up with the Last Stand of the Wreckers arc and go from there. Apparently its one of the best stories in Tranformers comics in recent times... again, this is second hand so...

I wish I could be more help but... that's what I found out from some reliable sources. :)

Well, you could check for the trades or hardcovers. That would definitely save some time if they're out there. :)
