Re: RPF on ao3

I'm a Teen Wolf tag wrangler and this just started happening but we can't do anything about. Submit a bug report because they fix issues based on how many complaints they get about it.

It technically isn't a bug because it seems they did this on purpose with the last code push a couple days ago but since they don't post announcements about code pushes anymore, a lot of people don't know about it or they don't know where to go to say they are not OK with OTW and AO3 choosing not to segregate RPF anymore.

Go here to submit a bug report/feedback: http://archiveofourown.org/support

Be sure to tell them how you don't want to see RPF there and that you can't filter it out like you can within search results. It's dead easy to click the RPF category accidentally, especially if you are a long time AO3 user and are used to RPF being kept separate.

So I don't know much about this sort of thing so if this question is stupid I'm sorry.

Um, why don't they make announcements about code pushes anymore?

I'm sorry, I have no idea :( Sometimes they admit to code pushes on their twitter account if the site goes down or lots of people contact them about bugs, but they don't announce them there anymore, either. I think it's that they're short staffed but I don't know for certain.

That's totally okay!

Thanks for telling me what you do know. I appreciate it. :)
