I really hope you don't work for one of those contracting firms that's been cold calling and lying to people, going "We spoke to you in January about some work you plan to do with us!" Yeah fucker, if you called us back in January we told you to fuck off then and take us off your list too!

Um, I hope you do really worthwhile callcenter work. I know it's tough, my best friend did it for a few years and hated it, I'm just venting about the contractors who are calling almost daily to our supposedly unlisted home line. >:(

Nah, we're (a rather broad services) inbound only. The only people we get are people who intentionally dial us (and the odd accidental call where everyone gets confused. One time SOMETHING was going wrong with our calls. We'd be picking up calls and it'd be someone else in the inbound centre. Our phones literally can not call outwards, so very ?????? Hi John, no I don't know why we got each other.)

oh, but we do get telemarketers sometimes, we don't like them much ;) They're pretty thick, asking to talk to our business manager and ignoring our "You've reached the INBOUND callcentre for BIGNAMECOMPANY"
