It will not put you to sleep but it will distract you. I can't do other things but basic tasks like cleaning but I wouldn't be able to drive. I love Welcome to Night ale but I honestly wouldn't advise it while driving.

I think it depends more on the driver. For example, I don't think i'd have a problem driving and listening to new segments.

Seriously? Snap girl, you're good. Then I take back what I said and will say this instead: Figure out what kind of driver you are and if you can do it safely. Maybe do a short drive around the neighborhood and see if you can do both at the same time.

I blame LA.

The short drive is a great idea! I wouldn't've thought of that. You should totally do that, OP.

Eh, I'm the girl who can't listen to the radio while driving because I get too into songs so maybe I'm a weirdo. (Then again, I also haven't driven in forever.)

But other people were saying they had trouble listening to it while trying to do other things. (Like Fonona, she can't listen to it and play WoW at the same time, nor can she talk to me on skype when listening.)

So yes, everyone is different. The test drive seems like your best bet OP.

I definitely wouldn't be able to do those things, either. I can't even listen to the radio while talking to someone on the phone. In both cases, you're trying to follow -- and create -- two different stories, and dealing with two sets of language inputs/outputs. But driving is a different function for me, so it doesn't cause the same problem.
