I would prefer Gina Carano, or time traveling back to 1990 and casting Geena Davis, but Gina Torres would also be amazing in the role.

I guess the key to being a good potential WW in my mind is being named Gina or a variant thereof.

Why do we need an MMA fighter to play Wonder Woman? Gina Carano is 100% badass but she can barely act.

I don't think we need an MMA fighter to play Wonder Woman (neither Geena Davis nor Gina Torres were MMA fighters) (although Geena Davis is apparently good at archery).

I just think that Gina Carano would be good at it, because like you say she's super badass, and I like her acting more than you do.
