The only kind of dare that I can see being effective is that somebody has to go to some kind of weird/crazy website and then bring us an image or something back to prove it.

(But yeah I've done these before and people got pretty creative, like daring someone to make a certain kind of comic, or to RP as something. I thought maybe people would dare each other to make secrets but *shrug*)
