Now I really want to know which fic it is. The only ones that super popular that are popping up in my mind are ''To Have Outlived the Night'' and ''Dilf'' which... I actually love those two and thought they were pretty much in character (although THOTN definitely had some shaky characterization moments and DILF was a complete AU).

I've read Dilf several times. I can't help but love it. I don't know the other one, though. What's the plot?

Oh, man. The plot. Well, first and foremost, it was Derek/Stiles. Okay, to be honest with you... The reason I love it so much is because it's told from Derek's POV and that was really what drew me in, not so much the plot, because not a lot of fics are told from Derek's POV. But yeah, basically the plot is hunters come to town (seriously messed up hunters) and the pack takes them on. And also other things happen? But again: I was mostly there for the insight to Derek's character. And also the writing was quite wonderful, in my opinion.

I'll have to check it out. Fics from Derek's POV are definitely rare.

To have outlived the night is a good story. I liked it. Haven't read it in forever though.

Ty for mentioning To Have Outlived the Night. I went to look it up then realized I read it days ago and really loved it. Am totes gonna read again.

Dilf.. Is which one? Is it the kidfic or the Sheriff Stilinski/Chris Argent one? I'm hesitant about AU's in this fandom.

It's the kidfic. The only Sheriff Stilinski/Chris Argent one I know about is ''Men of a Certain Age'' or something like that. ...Although, they are both DILFs in my opinion.
