Came to the realization last night that apparently I have, on occasion, been mistaken as being in a threesome. I feel silly for not catching that.

I have two friends I hang out with regularly. They are a couple. I have no problem being touchy-feely with them. When they admit to people that they are together, or sometimes they don't even have to do that, I sometimes get lumped into the relationship with them by accident.

omg actually I've had a similar experience. I'm the same way with my best friend. Everybody knows he's gay but I'm quiet about my personal life so they think I'm an oblivious/in denial straight girl with some kind of one-sided imaginary relationship with him.

You should just roll with it to mess with people.

Yeah, I'm asexual so I end up having very wild things getting thought about my love life and sex life so I know the feeling. (These aren't the only two I get paired with.)

Oh, no. My one sis in law is the sister of my SO. My other sis in law is the wife of my brother in law (my SO's little brother).

One's a blonde, one's a brunette, and they don't look remotely the same.

It is! My blonde sis-in-law recently won a cruise (she did a weight-loss challenge) and she took brunette sis-in-law with her. I forgot to ask if anyone assumed they were partners, heh.
