...Just let it go man. Not here to pass value judgements, but your plan is the kind that rarely ever goes well.

Most likely they will figure out that it was you that leaked X secret or stirred the pot and, if they're a big enough BNF, the friends will descend on you and your name will be mud in the fandom.

And chances are both you and the BNF will wind up with hurt feelings over this. Only they'll have a ton of friends/supporters to talk about what a dirty fuckhole you are and pat them on the back.
