One of mine has a tendency towards UTIs as well, so the vet recommended a specially formulated food called Royal Canin Urinary S/O. It's incredibly expensive but since swapping my cat to it, he's been okay. ::touches wood::

I'm in the UK, and I don't know where you are, but maybe there's something similar available?

Yeah, my cat's on prescription food from the vet too, and we have to mix a medication into his food to help discourage crystal formation, but so far, so good. Thanks for the good thoughts :)
