Not gonna lie, while she may have been the best choice, I'm actually more bothered by the fact that Walker said ' I believe it is better to celebrate women for their accomplishments rather than waving one's finger saying "they're not enough."'

Because, apparently, that's better than pointing out issues.

You get that a lot in the comment section, too. It's pretty scary

Yeeah, I'm more bothered by what he said [and what he obviously ignored about that project] than anything - but I'll admit I'm not even bothering with the comments since, as sad as it is, it's a facebook note about feminism and gaming. It's kind of obvious what's going to be in the comments.

He literally makes his living off saying THIS VIDEO YOU LIKE IS STUPID, LOL

To a degree, seeing as he isn't 'in character' there - and when he's not being the character he's usually pretty good about giving intelligent responses to stuff.

I'm not saying I expected him to be completely awesome about it - but not this bad.

One can walk and chew gum. Likewise, I can suggest that the industry has a bias overall and point out examples of the games I want to see more of.

I'm not arguing that - but the way he did it came off very much like some of the 'It's no longer a problem!' things I've seen in parts of the gaming community and *that* does bother me.
