Secret 9 (spoilers for one ending of the Mass Effect trilogy)

Garrus/Female Shepard used to be my One True Pairing, but the ending killed it (and all Shepard pairings) for me. I don't mind that she died in my playthrough. But now, of course, most post-war fics use the Destroy ending, and it really, really bothers me how it's treated.
I don't care how cute their turian/human family is - she still committed genocide to make that happen.
Bonus secret: In the end, it probably comes down to the fact that the geth are my favorite species, and I'm simply not interested in a galaxy without them in it. Even fix-fics that spared EDI usually don't mention them.
