Why do people continue to think there'll be fic for shitty movies? It's a shitty movie, barely anyone will care for it beyond how bad it is.

Also that picture makes me feel like a creep, ugh.

Fandom doesn't exactly have a good track record for not caring about things that suck. I mean-- and not to diss anyone here, I don't really care either way-- there are huge fandoms right now for Teen Wolf and Once Upon a Time. Things fandom is in love with don't have to be good necessarily, they just have to leave something about their characters to the imagination and have sexy people in them.

Well, yeah, but there's a difference between shows and movies, and with certain bad movies (like The Lorax) there's at least some substance of cutesy characters/some general appeal that gives people fic ideas. But not movies that are basically pseudo-porn like this one. Nobody writes fic of porn movies, this thing looks like one without actual sex scenes so what was OP expecting?

Not sure, I haven't seen it, but honestly since all the cheesecake seems to be of women OP shouldn't be surprised that there's no fic. I guess I was just saying that quality is no obstacle for fandom when they want porn. Nor is the canon being a Dr. Seuss story for children, the characters themselves being children, etc etc.
