Yeesh, I forgot about that. But I expect that the overt racism that a lot of Muslims are facing is more worrisome than the supposed persecution Christianity suffers from the New Atheists.

I was never much involved in atheism beyond acknowledging that I don't believe in any gods, but the NA movement makes me wonder whether they're all idiots, or if it's just the loudest and wankiest of the lot that are of interest to the press.

One European country will always be "all of Europe" to non Europeans. Remember most of them also believe that the US are "like Europe because the different states are like countries".

Well. It is kind of problematic in my country: We have a very big number of Muslim families, most of whom are completely alright. But in some schools with a high percentage of Muslim students, they now have a problem: Because the teachers are supposed to be all political correct, they don't really know how to treat the Muslim kids when they go spouting antisemitic crap. Once they tell them that's not okay, the "you're racist" card is pulled.
