Are you a man or a woman and is the person searching you a man or a woman?

Because I know people who have gotten out of half their searches because the men didn't want to go too far on the woman's person. You could use that to your advantage. Heck, it even works with bags. My brother's x-girlfriend snuck food into a place you weren't supposed to have it because they wanted you to buy from their expensive vendors. She just put a bunch of pads and tampons over them and the dude searching her bag opened it, went "nope", and closed it again.

Wear two pairs of underwear. Put stuff inbetween. (I'm thinking tight-fitting but having a third pair of loose fitting would be a nice cover.)

Uuuuuhhhh. Put some obvious stuff on your person so when they find those they think they've got it all and they won't look further.

Search needs to remain the right side of not requiring a strip search. Between the trousers and underwear around the belt would be okay, even over the groin, but tucked into a second pair of underwear would realistically be toeing the line.

Ah, makes sense. I've only LARPed as a pirate with no intention of anyone finding anything on her person that was incriminating. So for me it was up the skirt, down the corset, and in my socks.

Welp, if they don't make you take off your belt you can hide stuff inbetween it and your pants depending on how big the item is. But it seems you've thought of that. People tend to not check me around my neck much either so I can always hide something in my hair. I'm unsure of your hair length though.
