It's a bit... annoying in the sense that, well, why would you assume someone was trans based on their physical characteristics? Masculine women and feminine men abound, of both the cis and trans variety. Hanji's a woman, period. Trying to make assumptions about her "real" gender is the exact opposite of what someone interested in social justice should do - isn't it?

Moreover, yeah, as tall, not particularly feminine woman with an androgynous voice it's irksome that those characteristics automatically = not cis-gendered, to some.
