I don't mind the host but god damn I can't stand the celebrity guests. They give me really bad second hand embarrassment.

This. The regulars are so good and the guests are just so bad. Just because someone can act or sing or whatever on another show doesn't mean they can do improv. The guests obviously have no idea what to do and it really takes away from the regulars who do have those skills.
