It drives me up the flippin wall when people think the only cancer worth mentioning is breast cancer, ever since a friend's father died from a different type and, when she was later asked if she'd ever lost anyone to breast cancer, some asshat told her she was SO LUCKY because she said "no".

Yeah, that really puts a bee in my bonnet. Also, when people seem to get the idea that cancer is the worst disease ever. I mean dude... It is pretty bad, and worse than most things, but there are a lot of horrible ailments in the world.

Ditto when people personify cancer as some kind of villain. And when they do that for other diseases, but cancer gets it worst. (Stuff can just suck! Not everything bears malice!)
