Human/robot pairings where the robot is like "I do not understand your strange human custom of coitus" and the human is like "LET ME SHOW YOU HOW IT'S DONE". Especially if it's not just plain old "insert Tab A into Slot B" and there's some weird computer-y robot-y stuff going on.

There's a very long geth/quarian (Mass Effect) fic that revealed to me just how appealing this kink can be (though it kind of copped out with giving the robot a dildo attachment at the end, but it was really fascinating up until that relatively quick point).
