I shall vent about kinks!

I am sad and frustrated that my current fandom does not have much full on kink fic. They have hints of it, toy with the idea, vague references to, but nobody seems to want to dive right in and claim a kink. Even the kink meme is lacking!

I just want some smutty kink fic is that too much to ask? Some good old spanking, or D/s, or collars and cuffs, or whateverthefuck. (Just no A/B/O or Omega weirdness, which seems to be the only kink that's written about these days.)

And if you write a fic and tag it with spanking or bdsm or whatever then there better damn well be some action for said label, not just a brief discussion or mention! You are a damn kink tease, various authors!

I have this kink for character re-learning to be human/themselves. Completely broken or mind wiped or slavery or Stokholmed characters having to deprogram and learn about who they are and how to behave "normal".

There's a lot of breaking of characters, but it's pretty rare to find the building back up and re-learning part in fic.

Joining the venting about kinks. As someone in pretty slash-heavy fandoms, I am getting so very, very sick of A/B/O. Dub-con/non-con/hormone-influenced-con (or whatever you'd like to call it) and impregnation are two very big squicks for me. Make it mpreg, something hideously unnatural and often used as a ridiculous excuse for misogyny against women, and said squick factor is doubled. Some nice, simple vanilla slash is all I ask for. C'mon, fandom.

I think I have this whole separate set of gross-out kinks that make me feel different than my sexual kinks. Almost like I'm squicked, but I'm enjoying it? I'm not sure if I can even explain the difference in feeling, it's very subtle. But things that fall under that category are like, body horror, parasitic pregnancy, vomiting, probably other things. It can't just be any gross thing, for instance anything involving poop is just regular disgusting to me. I also tend to turn to these things when I'm really anxious or stressed. Graphic descriptions of a person being chopped up and turned into a cyborg, or being forcibly bred by insect people, etc. is just so comforting for some reason. Probably because it's so strange? I don't know.

I know this isn't explicitly what the OP asked for, but I have some weird narrative kinks. I love deathfics, for some reason, and certain sci-fi/fantasy tropes I just have a thing for: time travel, inter-species romance, parallel universes, wings, ghosts.

And for some reason coffee-shop AUs. (?)

I love tumblr. It can be fun for following fandom, looking at art and finding recipes and DIY projects. But lately, I am seeing an upswing of idiocy among SJW that is just...I am glad my head can't explode.

For example this post;

Now I get what they are trying to say. And I agree we need feminism but could they have made a worse analogy?

Did they fall asleep in church when they were talking about the last days of Jesus' life? Did they think that everyone saw Jesus' miracles and then said, "Oh, Jesus, you should totally take your show on the road." And then Jesus went to Vegas and is now doing four shows a week at the Bellagio? Jesus was accused of being blasphemy. He died because of his claim as being the Son of God with his miracles as proof.

What's even worse the majority of the reposts for this post was filled with, "I agree," "This is perfect," "THIS!"

No, this! This is wrong.
