A stupid thing to want to vent about, but it annoys me:

There's a certain (somewhat embarrassing) trope I really love. It's not a hugely popular trope, but there's a decent amount of fic involving it...for fandoms and pairings that I'm not into or even actively dislike. I really wish I could find it for my (less popular) OTP in my main fandom but it's pretty much non-existent, while there's a ton of it about the rival/most popular pairing. It doesn't seem to exist AT ALL in the other fandoms I'm into.

I wish I didn't suck at writing, or I'd write some myself.
