Mario and Luigi: Dream Team

Is this an excuse to talk about MARIO AND LUIGI: DREAM TEAM?? Y/Y?

(I haven't gotten far in it, alas. Still doing the user's guide segment.)

I haven't even been able to start it yet, but I've heard the amount of gameplay on it is insane, so I am psyched.

Have you played any of the previous series? I played Bowser's Inside Story and loved it. So much fun. Playing as Bowser was a hoot.

Yeah I have that one, that's why I went ahead and pre-ordered Dream Team. A lot of people don't like the battle style but I enjoy it. And I loved playing as Bowser that was amazing.

It reminds me a bit of Paper Mario, probably one of the reasons I like it so much lol.

I like the battle style too. I don't know why some people are hard on it. t reminds me of Paper Mario too. The battles especially in Sticker Star (which I haven't finished :/ I didn't enjoy that one as much as previous titles).

Yeah I didn't like Sticker Star as much, I finished it but Ididn't 100% it which is weird for me lol.

Thousand Year Door has been my favorite, I wish they would release that one in the eShop, actually I wish they would release a lot of the gamecube games on the eShop.

That's the only one I haven't played in the PM series. I hear its the best, but I never had a GameCube when it came out. I guess the first one would be my fav. I brings back fond memories.

I'd love for the eShop to get GameCube games. I want Super Mario Sunshine, Luigi's Mansion, Harvest Moon: AWL, and Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem in my life.

I am getting near the end of the game, it started slow but it gets really good. I had a feeling I'd like it though because I love Partners in Time and Bowser's inside story.

My only problem is they brought back the giant battles like in Bowser's Inside Story. I hate the stylus with a passion and I find those battles kind of difficult and they tend to hurt my hand.

Wow you're fast! Go you go! I haven't played Partners in Time, but since BIW I've wanted to.

Yeah, the giant battles in BIW could be a pain. They can also last forever. The game I hated the most was the pollen spawn one. I hate it with passion.

I'd recommend Partners In Time a lot, I think it's even my favorite of the series. You don't have to deal with any annoying battles and it's got a cute story. You can probably find a copy of the game on amazon if you want to try it.

The giant battles in Dream Team are even harder so be prepared. Like the game pretty much tells you what to do but if you're like me and have issues with the stylus it might be hard. You also have to deal with motion control in a few battles.

Now that I think about it, I also don't like the bro attacks as much either because many of the attacks rely on motion control and all have weird and different controls. I sometimes wish nintendo would stop "getting creative" with controls and just let me button mash things.

I'll look for it :) thanks!

I'm really not looking forward to the motion controlled battles. I am not fond of the kinect or any of the button free options that are coming out. /old lol.

IA. Button mashing is the best!
