Depends on what your definition of 'feminist' is. I'd say Brienne could count at the minimum and you could probably make arguments for others.

For all his other faults, GRRM does write some pretty fantastic, well-rounded, complex women who are protagonists and antagonists and outright villains, so um. I would count that as "feminist," in my own particular definition. I'm not sure how much of it was his intent (I doubt it, actually) and how much is just the effect of having in-depth, richly characterized... characters... all around, but it still works well for me. Overawareness of how Dany feels about her boobs notwithstanding, I do think most of the female characters are what I would consider "feminist" (working with the same model as the anon above, not working with the model that says they must be "feminist people" to be "feminist characters").
