I recommend some kind of productivity software and give yourself a set amount of time a day on tumblr/twitter/whatever. I did this, and I found other things to do, things that made my RL better, even if they weren't getting a job right away. Sign up for something to get you out of the house (if it's an option, PAY for it so that wasting money motivates you to go).

And hey, maybe you *think* you only have one friend left but the other ones might just be waiting for you to get over whatever thing you're going through. I know when I was in a similar situation I was difficult to talk to.

... or go do volunteer work somewhere. Does everyone good, and it will help you remember what interacting with real life is like.

This. Try things like StayFocused, that block websites after a certain amount of time. The first few days of breaking a habit are difficult; there'll be that niggling feeling that you're missing something, anxiety that you need to check your emails, tumblr, whatever... but if you push through the first couple of days of that, it does get easier.

And of course I second the rest of this too - volunteer, take up a new hobby, even just getting out of the house by sitting in a coffee shop or the park or something. Go soak up the real world. You never know who you might meet, either!

This. It'll be a chance to evaluate which parts of fandom are really worth your time and which are just bogging you down.
