The Fallout/Oblivion games allow you to choose your character's gender, appearance, and even sexuality and are generally good about their NPCs, so you could pick one of those and play a disgusting female lesbian power fantasy if you wanted.

The Souls games also allow you to choose the gender, appearance, and age of your protagonist - also masculinity and femininity sliders so you can play a 100% "feminine" man and a 100% "masculine" woman if you really wanted. (Saints Row does this, too.) Plus, the "heavy" versions of the PCs are legitimately overweight - not just bigger-busted versions of the female PCs or more muscular versions of the male PCs. All clothing/armour is unisex, including the silk gowns for the magic users.
