I was three weeks late the other month. It came along eventually. Sometimes these things just happen. If you feel fine I would keep some pads close by and not stress about it.

If you're that worried about pregnancy, wait another week and take it again. They can be iffy at the very beginning of a pregnancy when hormone levels are still low, but by three weeks it should be pretty certain.
