Mmm. I know Portal has gotten acclaim for its female protagonist. Mass Effect is pretty good at not being horribly sexist when you play a female Shepard. I enjoy playing as a female character in Skyrim and Oblivion. Haven't had any problems there. Harvest Moon isn't a male power fantasy. It's just about farming. Same with Animal Crossing.

Except that Mass Effect gets more and more sexist in regards to female squadmates with each game

Look at what they did to Ashley in the third game

hmmmm. I didn't have Ash in the third game, but I never got a feel for sexism towards squadmates (unless you count some fanservice in some of them, but it's not like there was zero male fanservice)

ME might not be perfect, but I was surprised nobody mentioned it before Sootyowl. I never got a sexist vibe from it. It has a whole bunch of accomplished, powerful, diverse female characters, with strengths and weaknesses, even if you don't play as femshep (which I did and I must say she is awesome).

This is the change in Ashley from ME1 to ME2, it's far too extreme a makeover IMO

Are you really going to keep arguing that a game is sexist based completely on the presence of fanservice and disregarding everything else about the characters?
