*shrug* to me it registers as light brown. I feel like it's just whatever association you happen to make with it...it would be a reeeeal stretch to call that whitewashing imho

Seriously. I'm not one to call people oversensitive, but the fact that OP is afraid of getting accused of whitewashing is just sad.

FWIW, if hair is not colored in or shaded at all, it makes me think it's blonde or white.

They didn't say that they were accused of whitewashing - they said that they worried about it. That's an entirely different thing because for all we know no one would think it was a problem at all.

That's what the anon said. Worrying about being accused of whitewhashing is equally as sad as accusing of whitewashing in this case, because it tells us that people become so restricted by "equality" that it becomes ridiculuous.
What's even worse is that there are secrets where the OP aleady ~knows~ and feels guilty about the most stupid things.
