Well, ever since my first period I've had them mostly every two or three months instead of monthly. My health otherwise has been fine...I reckon I'm just not particularly fertile or whatever.

I was like that and it turned out (much later, when a doctor finally addressed the issue correctly) I have PCOS. Like you, I had no other symptoms and didn't really care about it, so when I got the diagnosis one of my ovaries was pretty fucked up. So I suggest you check if you have it because it can lead to serious complications when untreated.
