Adding to the "holidays can mess with your cycle" crowd. Big holidays with plane rides and changing time zones especially.

I went to Europe for three weeks (from Australia) last year, and despite being on the pill and having regular, completely normal and managable periods for the last ten years, nothing happened when it was supposed to upon my return. It worried me, but my body kicked itself back into gear and the next period came on time. Maybe the same will happen for you?
