Animal Crossing. It's extremely cute, there's a lot of good female characters and your town can become as cute or structured or desolate as you like.

Also, the only aspect that gender really changes are subtle differences in face styles at the start of the game and which set of hairstyles you start with. Girls can unlock boy haircuts. Boys can wear dresses.

But Animal Crossing has a Native Headdress you can wear and I've already seen SJ-minded people having a problem with that.
