The Fallout series. Not only can you be a female and not be treated any differently (except in some sexual situations, which you are never forced into), but there are a lot of important NPCs who are women and world itself is very gender-equal. Even in a world full of slavery and raiders, rape is very rarely, if ever, brought up.

The only time it does is with Caesar's Legion, which is a slave army that forces men into being soldiers and women into being breeders and healers. While people of that faction attempt to justify it and can make unsettling comments to your female character, it is unequivocally considered an evil faction by the games and it's never presented as a male power fantasy.

(Of course, unfortunately, the fandom is a different story. Ugghh.)
