Actually, your response is longer than my secret. And I know someone else who got into a Seven Sister school who wrote about her favorite ship, so it doesn't really come off as a surprise to me. But from what I've seen, liberal arts schools want different things. I heard about this kid wrote wrote an essay about how he stopped wearing sweatpants and got accepted into a really good liberal arts school. I'm not sure ivy league is as forgiving, though, and I'm not sure I'd be willing to ruin my chances. D:

But thank you for the testimony. It's nice to see someone succeed and know that fandom isn't the pit of abomination. And this is tl;dr too, I know.
