You could also try this tutorial using , as all it takes is a simple change of the 'eyecolor' string under Phil's character data. (Also: take a look at this post) Assuming these are your default eye colors you're using, here's the strings:

So just follow the tutorial and replace the string for light/dark blue eyes (whichever one you gave him) with the brown eye string!
