(Anonymous) 2013-08-21 08:48 am (UTC)(link)what I really wanna say is: that game is so fucking overrated, and everyone gets all teared up about it, it pisses me the fuck off. yes I've played it, and I was physically enraged at how it tries to generate emotion in the player with the fucking cheapest tricks imaginable. the music is 50% ghibli rip off, the athmosphere screams ico/wanda and the gameplay is fucking tedious and completely pointless. oh and of course it has a vaguely oriental setting, because that's all spiritual and so on. I wanna puke.
