One recipe I always have to tweak is one box devil's food cake mix, one container cool whip, and one egg. I usually have to add flour to it otherwise it is way too sticky.

I pretty much bake every weekend, so a recent failure is Jack Daniels cupcakes that came out too strong. Success? Jack and coke brownies. I also love making homemade gingerbread, then the hosue semlls great.
