I've only seen her performance in OUAT, so I can't say about those other shows.

But everyone in OUAT gives me the impression that the director and producers are behind the cameras pointing guns at the actors, because the acting is borderline creepy.

I have no idea how to explain it. You have to watch the whole second season to see it. It gets creepier as the season ends.
