I'm in Texas and my kids started two weeks ago. I wish I had lunch ideas for you but kids have to eat school lunches here. I take my lunch to work with me but I just always eat whatever is left over from the night before.

Two weeks ago? Wow. When were they let out for vacation?

We moved here over the summer but I think they got out in late May. My kids had their last day June 21st so they had a very short summer (as they've reminded me countless times already).

Wait.

Kids have to eat school lunches? As in...it's compulsory?

And you're in Texas?

What?
