Writing drabbles usually helps me. Nothing more than 500 words. I also go back to the source material for whatever I'm writing for and watch it/read some of it/etc.

write out the problem I ran into, describing the situation in detail and listing possible routes

sometimes I don't decide a solution, sometimes I decide one, sometimes I decide one but end up going with something else, but it at least gets me writing

Pomodoro method helps me. I have Tomighty on my computer. Set it for a half-hour long session, then write whatever I can before the buzzer goes. I trick myself that it's not going to be part of whatever I'm writing - it'll just be bullshit to get past the blockage - but usually it works to kick things back into gear.

I have some friends who swear by Written? Kitten!

Just write, no matter how awful it is. Just bang it out, keep going, and eventually it'll get smoother and better and then later it can be edited. But just *write*.
