Pomodoro method helps me. I have Tomighty on my computer. Set it for a half-hour long session, then write whatever I can before the buzzer goes. I trick myself that it's not going to be part of whatever I'm writing - it'll just be bullshit to get past the blockage - but usually it works to kick things back into gear.

I have some friends who swear by Written? Kitten!
