Re: Favourite musicals

Love Never Dies, the sequel to Phantom of the Opera! I think it surpassed the original by making the Phantom the story's hero, as he was always meant to be! Dark, brooding, and sexy!

Just kidding. I really love Les Mis and Sweeney Todd. For both of those, I don't have one favorite version. For Les Mis, I've seen it on stage, have a cast recording (though I forgot to take down its information and don't know the who/what/when), and seen the 2012 movie, and like aspects from all three. Same for Sweeney Todd - seen it live, seen a filmed stage adaption with Angela Lansbury, and seen the Johnny Depp movie, and they all have their strong/weak points.

Also, can I say Chicago if I've only ever seen the movie? Same for Little Shop of Horrors.

(Also Razia's Shadow. It totally counts!)
