Hello Dolly! And I can't stand Carol Channing's voice but love love love Streisand's, so movie soundtrack all the way for me.

Seven Brides for Seven Brothers. Also featuring the best 'dance' sequence ever in the brother and the town dudes having their showdown.

The Frog Prince musical (1986): I admit this one has the force of childhood nostalgia behind it. When I was a little girl I remember watchign this as being a magical experience. Doesn't hold up now of course, although I still like the music.

Guys and Dolls. Marlon Brando and Frank Sinatra, what more do you need? The songs are so fun too.
