I think Zak Snyder is a bigger problem than Ben Affleck so the casting news isn't having much of an effect on me.

I saw someone remark that the movie would probably be a lot better if Synder was Batman and Affleck was directing.

Snyder can do the visual aspects well and Affleck is a story-oriented director... if only there was a way for them to join forces.

THANK you. It fucking weirds me out how much people think the problem with this equation is Affleck. The problem is that Zack Snyder has done multiple comic book movies and they have all, without exception, been fucking awful. Yes, they have made a lot of money. That is in no way relevant to the question of whether watching them is more or less pleasant than peeling one's own skin off with a cheese grater. (Hint: it's less.)
